Blueglobe CLEAN Plus
Gentle-secure sealing for hoses and corrugated conduits
Like all PFLITSCH cable glands, the blueglobe CLEAN Plus® has a large-area spherical seal. In addition to sealing cables, they are also eminently suitable for the reliable installation of hygiene hoses and easily crushed corrugated conduits, such as those used in the food industry.
Corrugated conduits are somewhat more flexible than hoses in practical situations, the latter being rather rigid. Smooth hoses are considered particularly suitable for applications in which additional mechanical protection must be provided or where several cables.

Depending on the size of the cable gland, M20 to M40 in PUR and fabric hoses with external diameters of 12.0 mm to 25.0 mm and flexible corrugated conduits from 16 mm to 28.8 mm (HGW 12 to HGW 23) can be used. In order to use thicker hoses and corrugated conduits, PFLITSCH is currently extending the available range by sizes M50 and M63 for HGW29 to HGW 48.
After the double nipple has been installed in the housing, the hose or corrugated conduit is pushed through the sealing insert and positioned in the cable gland body. As the pressure screw is tightened the blue sealing insert made of high-quality TPE plastic nestles securely around the hose or the corrugated conduit.
With sizes from M8 to M63, PFLITSCH has the largest cable gland range of all the available hygiene cable gland products.
